At Gather and Pray LLC, all our products are prayerfully inspired and made. Our items are lovingly handmade to order by my husband and I. Due to the handmade nature of the items, there may be variations in wood grain, slight differences in color, etc. from what you see in the product photos. We work hard to provide you with the best possible customer experience. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or just want to say hi!
When can I expect my order?
All items are made by hand, to order. Please allow 5-6 weeks for your items to be made.
Items are then shipped from my studio in Ohio, USA.
Shipping time is in addition to the fulfillment time.
• USPS First Class shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail shipping typically takes 1-3 business days.
• Sticker orders (less than a quantity of 5) are shipped via stamp and take 5-7 business days.
International orders: International orders typically take 10-15 days once shipped to arrive. However, they can take longer depending on location or possible customs delays. Custom fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to the nature of our processing system, orders usually cannot be cancelled or altered, but please contact us for more information, and include your order number in your message.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All items purchased are final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges. For this reason, please be sure to ask me any questions you may have prior to placing your order.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Any damages and defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo of the damaged item(s) for our records. We will examine each situation on a case by case basis.
My order is a gift. Will the recipient see the price?
No. We do not include pricing information in our orders.
